Order Processing Time

In-stock items: Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.

Made-to-order / Out-of-stock items: Please allow up to 14 business days for production before shipment.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please note that all products are shipped from Ukraine.


International Shipping (Europe, USA, Canada)

All international orders are shipped from Ukraine via Nova Poshta Global, which partners with local postal operators for final delivery in your country.

Payment Method

All international orders require full payment at checkout via credit or debit card on our website.

Shipping cost: 5,99 EUR

Lithuania, Estonia
Shipping cost: 7,99 EUR
Estimated delivery time:
• 7–10 business days (in-stock items)
• up to 17 business days (made-to-order items)

Rest of Europe
Shipping cost: 9,99 EUR
Estimated delivery time:
• 10–14 business days (in-stock items)
• up to 21 business days (made-to-order items)

USA & Canada
Shipping cost: 25 EUR
Estimated delivery time:
• 7–10 business days (in-stock items)
• up to 21 business days (made-to-order items)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or postal service delays.


Customs Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

The customer acts as the importer of record and is responsible for paying any such charges required by local authorities.

These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are outside of our control. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about possible import fees.


Delivery within Ukraine

We deliver throughout Ukraine via Nova Poshta.

Delivery Methods

• Delivery to a Nova Poshta branch or parcel locker
• Courier delivery by Nova Poshta to your address

Shipping costs are calculated according to Nova Poshta rates and are paid by the customer upon receipt.


Payment Methods (Ukraine)

Online Payment (LiqPay)
After placing your order, you will receive an email with a secure payment link via LiqPay, where you can complete the payment using Visa or MasterCard.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on delivery requires a 200 UAH prepayment, which guarantees that the parcel will be collected. This amount will be deducted from the total order amount when paying at the post office.

Please note that Nova Poshta charges an additional commission for this service:
20 UAH + 2% of the order amount.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your shipment on the carrier’s official website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at bilenkabrand.ua@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will assist you in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Please note that investigation times depend on the carrier and may take several business days. We will do our best to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address when placing an order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

If the order has already been shipped and cannot be redirected, we cannot guarantee changes to the delivery address.

Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:
