Return Period

Returns of products in proper condition are accepted within:

  • 14 days for EU countries and Ukraine

  • 30 days for the USA and Canada

The return period starts from the date the order is delivered to the customer.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following requirements:

  • The item has not been worn or used

  • The item is in original condition with all tags attached

  • The item has no odors, stains, or signs of washing

  • The item maintains its original appearance and packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at bilenkabrand.ua@gmail.com within the return period and include your order number.

  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our support team.

  3. Pack the item securely with all tags attached.

  4. Ship the item to the return address provided by our support team.

  5. Keep the tracking number for your records until the return is completed.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Address Notice

Please note that the return address may differ from the official registered address of the company.

The correct return address and detailed return instructions will be provided to the customer after the return request has been approved.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Shipping costs paid during the original order are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will:

  1. Inspect the item to verify it meets our return conditions.

  2. Process your refund within 5–7 business days after approval.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Right to Refuse Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if the item:

  • Shows signs of wear or damage

  • Has been washed or altered

  • Does not meet the return conditions listed above

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear and lingerie

  • Swimwear

  • Hosiery and stockings

  • Custom-made items produced according to customer measurements

This policy ensures that all customers receive brand new and unused products.
